(Almost free) Fremont Outdoor Movies, Saturdays at 7:30pm, June 20-Sept 12
(Almost free) Fremont Outdoor movies are shown Saturday nights in the parking lot across from OLD Redhook Trolleyman Pub at N. 35th and Phinney Ave. The lot opens at 7:30 PM; movie starts at dusk. There is a suggested donation of $5.00 per person. Bring your own small compact seating (low back chairs or bean bagsyou may be directed towards the rear of the crowd if you bring high-backed chairs). Click here for the 2009 line-up.
You can bring in your own food but alcohol is not permitted. Saturday Night Movies are presented by digital projection, which provides stunning clarity and perfect sound. The usual fun entertainment before the show. Alcohol is not permitted on the parking lot please. Prizes for best costumes and inventive seating.
There is ample street parking in the area, and pay lots are located below 34th off of Evanston.
