Bossier City, Louisiana: Outdoor Movies and Moonbeams Returns to Bossier City
The outdoor movie experience is back. Movies and Moonbeams Outdoor Cinema returns with a new season of outdoor films for the whole family to enjoy. The program, co-presented by the Robinson Film Center, will kick off the season Saturday with a trip to the ballpark in "The Sandlot."
The 1993 film follows the story of Scotty Smalls, who's new to the neighborhood and wants to learn how to play baseball. He soon meets Rodriguez, the neighborhood baseball expert and they embark upon adventures of baseball, treehouse sleep-ins and more.
The free movie will be shown at Wall Brook Park in Bossier City. WHAT: "The Sandlot."
