All Open Air Cinema products are new and unused unless specifically noted as refurbished or used.
Open Air Cinema is a registered distributor of Mackie, Rolls, Shure, Ultimate, Tapco, Sanyo, Optoma and Eiki products.
Open Air Cinema Product Warranty
Open Air Elite Screens come with a three year limited manufacturer's warranty. Open Air Pro Screens come with a one year limited manufacturer's warranty. Warranty covers manufacturer's defects and warranties the screen for use in up to 25 mph winds when used properly. Proper use includes tying all eight ropes or tethers to properly secured stakes or weight appropriate anchoring at the proper distances and angles from the screen. See instruction manual for proper screen anchoring. Open Air Cinema is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use. Warranty does not cover damage to screen caused by winds over 25 mph, use of screen in close proximity to trees, buildings, poles, wires, cars, and other potentially damaging objects, dragging the screen along hard surfaces or acts of God.
Open Air Home Screens come with a 90 day limited manufacturer's warranty. Warranty covers manufacturer's defects only when product has been used properly according to the instructions provided. Proper use includes tying all ropes or tethers to properly secured stakes or weight appropriate anchoring at the proper distances and angles from the screen. See quick setup guide for proper screen anchoring. Open Air Cinema is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use. Warranty does not cover damage to screen caused by winds over 20 mph, use of screen in close proximity to trees, buildings, poles, wires, cars, water and other potentially damaging objects. Further, warranty does not cover damage from materials becoming wet, storage of product after it has become wet, mold, mildew, improper folding and storage, dragging the screen along hard surfaces or acts of God. Customer must submit photos (if damage is visible) and written explanation of defective product to Open Air Cinema before replacement can take place. 90-day warranty applies to screen, tethers, clips, stakes, storage bag and air blower.
Failure to follow these instructions will void all warranties.
This product is intended for projection use only. Do not jump on or against the inflatable structure. Do not use electrical cords or fan in or around water. Do not use in winds exceeding 20 MPH (32 KPH). Screen must be secured firmly to the ground using the supplied stakes and straps. Inspect all straps, clips and stakes for abnormal wear or damage prior to use. Use in an area free from sharp objects, low hanging obstructions, and abrasive surfaces. Be aware that the structure will inflate and expand quickly. Keep inflation tube securely attached to blower at all times during use. Remove any objects or obstructions around screen prior to deflation. Operate only under close adult supervision. Do not get materials wet. Do not store wet.

CineBox Pro and Elite consoles as well as all other electronics included in the consoles are covered in the United States with a one year limited warranty. Warranty covers manufacturer's defects. Warranty does not cover damage due to customer negligence or misuse of equipment. Consult manuals and written information included with your product for more manufacturer warranty information. Individual components which fail due to manufacturer's defects do not justify a complete system return to Open Air Cinema. Defective components may be returned to Open Air Cinema for replacement within one year from the date of delivery to customer. Customer must submit photos and written explanation of defective product to Open Air Cinema before replacement can take place. Any items damaged due to customer negligence are not covered in the warranty.

Mackie speakers are covered with a two year limited manufacturer's warranty. Contact Mackie directly at (800) 898-3211 during business hours (7 a.m.-5 p.m. M-F, Pacific Time) for all warranty issues.
Ultimate speaker Stands are covered with a limited manufacturer's warranty. Contact Ultimate directly at 800-525-5628 for all warranty issues.
B-Air blowers are covered with a one year limited manufacturer's warranty. Contact B-Air directly at 877-800-2247 for all warranty issues. In order to receive service or replacement parts under warranty from B-Air, you must:
- Call B-Air for a RMA# (return merchandise authorization number)
- Have proof of purchase

No returns, refunds or exchanges are permitted after 15 days from the date of delivery to customer. All returns must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. A 20% restocking fee applies on all returns. All returns must be approved by Open Air Cinema to verify new condition before any refund will be issued. Open Air Elite Systems may not be returned. For returns and exchanges, customer is responsible for shipping to and from Open Air Cinema.
Pricing, Specifications and Availability
Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Product descriptions may not reflect current technical information, and we cannot be responsible for photographic differences in product size, shape and color.
www.openaircinema.us orders generate an automatic confirmation e-mail, but the receipt of a confirmation only means that we have received your order, and does not constitute an offer to sell. We may change our pricing, product description or specifications after any confirmation e-mail, but prior to shipment, due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or unavailability, typographical errors, or any other reason.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether. We will notify you of any corrections or changes to your order, and will not complete it until we have your approval. Published prices do not include shipping, sales tax and insurance.
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all shipments to the state of Utah.

We ship only to locations within the United States by United Parcel Service ("UPS") or United States Postal Service. We can not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. UPS charges include prepaid insurance up to the limits specified by UPS. If your package is sent by UPS and is lost or damaged, you may contact UPS. For your protection, all shipments require a signature at the delivery point. Open Air Cinema reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any orders submitted for shipment to a freight forwarder or similar entity.
